COMPENSATION

Caregivers can expect to earn $12–$16 per hour, based on experience.

YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER

You’ll provide personalized, non-medical support that helps elderly clients remain comfortable, safe, independent, and engaged in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to elderly clients in their homes
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing
• Reminding clients to take prescribed medications
• Assisting with mobility inside and outside the home, including walking and appointments
• Planning and preparing meals
• Completing grocery shopping or accompanying clients as needed
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Observing, reporting, and responding appropriately to changes in condition or emergencies
• Encouraging and assisting with activities essential to daily living

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking caregivers who take pride in their work and bring compassion, dependability, professionalism, and a supportive attitude to every client interaction.

Qualifications include:

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home address
• Ability and willingness to work with both male and female clients
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Compassionate, dependable, and supportive demeanor
