COMPENSATION

Caregivers earn $12–$16 per hour, based on experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable, and individualized support to elderly clients in their homes. You’ll help clients stay comfortable, safe, engaged, and as independent as possible while providing families with peace of mind.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to elderly clients in their homes
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing
• Reminding clients to take prescribed medications
• Assisting with mobility inside and outside the home, including walking and appointments
• Planning and preparing meals
• Completing grocery shopping or accompanying clients as needed
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Observing, reporting, and responding appropriately to changes in condition or emergencies
• Encouraging and assisting with activities essential to daily living

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for caregivers who bring professionalism, compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude to every shift.

Qualifications include:

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home address
• Ability and willingness to work with both male and female clients
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Compassionate, dependable, and supportive demeanor
