 What You’ll Do (AKA: Change Lives Daily)

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Offer medication reminders
• Support mobility & transportation to appointments
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Help with shopping & errands
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Encourage independence and daily living activities

 What You Bring to the Team

• Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
• 1+ year of caregiving or healthcare experience (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
• Flexibility to work with diverse clients
• A kind heart, strong work ethic, and dependable nature
