Your Role as a Caregiver

You'll provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship based on each client's individual needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
• Offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
• Familiar with Hoyer lifts and gait belts (a plus)
• Equipped with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willing to travel throughout Alto and surrounding communities
• Strong communicators with a positive, caring attitude
