YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER

Caregivers play an important role in supporting clients’ daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
• Preparing meals and completing light housekeeping
• Observing clients and reporting changes in their condition
• Encouraging independence, engagement, and participation in daily activities

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking professionals who demonstrate compassion, reliability, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to successfully pass required background checks and drug screenings
