Referral Growth Manager

Wesley Chapel, FL
Full Time

The Referral Growth Manager is a field driven, relationship first sales role responsible for building and converting a referral pipeline in the local healthcare community. This role is the primary driver of early client volume through consistent in person outreach, gatekeeper navigation, and disciplined follow up. You will thrive here if you are energized by daily prospecting, can earn trust quickly, and can execute a repeatable outreach system without getting distracted.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and manage a weekly field schedule of referral source visits once the agency is licensed.
    • Consistently break through healthcare gatekeepers with professionalism, persistence, and clear value messaging.
    • Develop referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs, ALFs, physician offices, home health agencies, rehab centers, and community organizations.
    • Use approved scripts and value statements fluently and confidently, including phone, in person, and voicemail variations.
    • Create and maintain a clean CRM pipeline with same day documentation of visits, outcomes, next steps, and follow ups.
    • Execute a follow up cadence that converts “nice to meet you” into referrals.
    • Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and Director of Operations to ensure referral handoffs are responsive and professional.
    • Support community events and partner presentations that create referral flow, not just brand awareness.
    • Provide weekly reporting on referral activity and outcomes, including wins, barriers, and pipeline risks.
