Caregiver Needed – Dementia Experience Required

Steady Daytime Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Ongoing, consistent hours

  • Option to pick up additional shifts with other clients if desired

We’re looking for a patient, compassionate caregiver with dementia experience to support a client in her home in Dallas (75225). This is a long-term assignment, and consistency is very important for the client’s comfort and sense of security.

The client is not physically combative or aggressive, but she may experience confusion and occasionally forget familiar faces. We’re seeking someone who understands dementia and can respond with calm reassurance, kindness, and confidence.


About the Care Needed

This role focuses on dementia-aware personal care and supervision, including:

  • Assistance with basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Gentle reminders, redirection, and reassurance

  • Companionship and engagement

  • Ensuring safety in the home

  • Light meal preparation and care-related housekeeping
