Caregiver (Weekend In-Office + Client Shifts During Week)

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team with a unique hybrid role. This position will serve in-office every other weekend from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and remain on standby to cover client shifts if a caregiver calls out or does not show up. In addition, this caregiver will also have the opportunity to pick up client shifts during the week as availability allows.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers/ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Be present in the office every other weekend (7 AM – 7 PM) to serve as a standby caregiver and promptly respond to shift coverage needs.
• Travel in company car to client homes to provide care when assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, facility care, or private duty).
• Ability to work every other weekend in-office (7 AM – 7 PM).
• Flexibility to accept additional client shifts during the week.
• Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to quality care.
• Must meet all state and agency requirements, including background check and references.
