Now Hiring Certified Caregivers (CNA/HCA)

Always Best Care Senior Services in Seattle is growing! We're seeking dedicated, experienced caregivers to join our core team. Daytime shifts are currently available for compassionate professionals to deliver high-quality, one-on-one in-home personal care and companionship across Ballard, the University District, Maple Leaf, Shoreline, Lynnwood, and nearby areas.

Schedule: Day shifts available — typically 4 to 8 hours, based on client needs and caregiver availability/preferences.

Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Pay Schedule: Weekly pay – always on time

What We’re Seeking:

• A valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to drive clients

• CNA or HCA certification required

• Previous hands-on experience caring for older adults

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be available for Day Shift

• Clear background check and drug test
