Our weekend starts at 8pm on Friday and ends at 8am on Monday.   We have all shifts available in many locations, days, afternoons, and overnightsOur weekend crew earns a shift premium (and the eternal gratitude of our families!)   If you keep busy during the week but would like to add a little income by working on the weekends, apply now, and someone from our recruiting team will reach out to you within 24 hours.    You could be working (and earning) within a week or less!

Typical job responsibilities may include any of the following:

  • Hands on personal care including assistance with ambulation, transfers, toileting, bathing, grooming, etc.
  • Assistance with exercise, therapies, and enrichment activities
  • Light housework
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication Reminders
  • Transportation to appointments and social outings
  • Other duties as assigned

Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be a State Registered Nurse Aide or have an equivalent level of experience and training.   (If you do not have experience, apply anyway - we love to train new care team members in the Always Best Care Way!)
  • Possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Have good communication skills including verbal and written and must be fluent in speaking in English
  • Be willing and able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
  • Be physically able to care for another human as demonstrated by the ability to stand for long periods of time and to carry 35 lbs a distance of 25 ft multiple times per day.
