Now Hiring: Compassionate Caregiver – Allen, TX (Tuesdays & Saturdays)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to assist a client in Allen, TX on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9am-1pm. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a home with pets (cat and dog) and is passionate about providing high-quality, in-home care.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Allen, TX 75002
• Schedule: Tuesdays and Saturdays 9am-1pm
• Shift Options: 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts (to be discussed based on client needs)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility and hygiene
• Prepare nutritious, well-rounded meals
• Light housekeeping and general home support
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the client
• Comfortable and respectful around pets (and in some cases, smoking environments)

Requirements:

• 3 years of verifiable in-home caregiver experience as a CNA
• Up-to-date TB test (or willing to get one within 30 days of hire)
• Excellent transfer skills, including use of gait belts, and full assistance with ADLs
• Calm and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to prepare meals and provide companionship
• Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screenings
• Valid Texas driver’s license or state ID, Social Security card, and/or valid work documents
• Preference given to caregivers comfortable with pets or clients who smoke
