We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining caregiver schedules, responding to urgent staffing needs, and ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. This is a fast-paced, in-office role that requires the ability to think quickly, multitask effectively, and manage complex scheduling demands with precision and professionalism.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (In-Office Required)

• One Weekend per Month Required

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability

• Address last-minute call-offs and fill open shifts promptly

• Track hours worked, PTO, and overtime accurately

• Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers and clients

• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling inquiries

• Support onboarding of new hires, including data entry and software updates

• Maintain accurate caregiver profiles in scheduling software

• Document schedule changes and all related communications

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health scheduling strongly preferred

• Prior caregiving experience required

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Excellent phone and computer skills

• Experience with scheduling platforms such as ClearCare/WellSky is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
