Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly self-motivated Senior Sales Representative to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key referral sources within the healthcare and senior care communities. This role is crucial in driving business growth by establishing Always Best Care as the preferred partner for non-medical caregiving services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of building successful partnerships and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience 3-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably within the healthcare, senior care, or a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred, however, relevant experience and a proven track record will be given strong consideration.

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources.

Energetic, self-motivated, reliable and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong understanding of the healthcare and senior care landscape.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently engage with referral sources through in-person meetings, presentations, networking events, and other appropriate communication methods.

Understand the needs and priorities of referral partners and effectively communicate how Always Best Care's services can be a valuable resource for their patients, residents, and clients.

Educate referral sources on the scope and benefits of our non-medical caregiving services, highlighting our unique strengths and differentiators.

Work closely with the operations and care coordination teams to ensure seamless transitions for referred clients and maintain strong communication with referral partners.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the local market.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports on relationship development and referral outcomes.

Actively participate in relevant industry associations, conferences, and community events to expand professional networks and build brand awareness.

Benefits:

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
