What You’ll Do:
Build strong caregiver pipelines by networking with community services, colleges, job sites, and
employment agencies
Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and verify references
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate
Lead new hire orientations and ensure all documentation is completed in Well Sky (formerly
Clear Care)
Train and onboard new caregivers, including providing on-site training and introductions to clients
Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support on assigned dates (every other week)

Location: Always Best Care – El Paso, TX
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 (Hourly)
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm | Includes rotating on-call weekends

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2-3 years in recruiting (healthcare/home care industry a plus!)
Skills: Tech-savvy, super organized, strong communicator, and able to attract top talent
Attitude: Positive, energetic, and engaging—someone who draws people in!
Knowledge: HIPPA regulations and basic employment law
Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Certifications: CNA certification is a plus but not required
