Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a professional workplace setting such as a hospital, assisted living community, group home, or skilled nursing facility
• At least 21 years old
• Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts
• Must be able to sit for a length of time

The position is crucial for ensuring patient safety and comfort by observing behaviors, communicating with patients, and alerting clinical staff to any changes in patient conditions.
