Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our esteemed team as NAs/CNAs Floaters. In this versatile and crucial role, you will have the opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of our esteemed senior clients. We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, along with bonuses. This exciting opportunity is located in the beautiful city of Honolulu, Hawaii.

As a Floater, you will provide personalized assistance to our clients, ensuring utmost comfort and upholding their dignity. You will effectively manage and fulfill their medication requirements, while also monitoring their health status and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing supervisor. Maintaining accurate records of all care provided and documenting observations and concerns diligently is an essential part of this role.

In addition to medical support, you will offer meaningful companionship and emotional support to our clients, actively listening to their needs and promoting their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will also include light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and running errands as needed.

Creating and maintaining a safe and clean environment is crucial to us, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients. Professional and efficient communication with our clients, their families, and the healthcare team is essential in providing the best care possible.

Adaptability is key as a Floater, as you will be expected to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Traveling to different locations may be required to fulfill your job responsibilities. You will perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet each client's unique needs, always prioritizing their comfort and care.

Requirements

• A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii is a must.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Demonstration of exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to efficiently multitask and skillfully prioritize tasks.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
• A strong work ethic and unwavering dependability.
• The capability to seamlessly adapt to various tasks and environments.
• Outstanding communication skills enabling effective interaction with clients and the healthcare team.
