Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our home health care team on a part-time basis. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as needed.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and clean environment for patients.

Requirements:

• Valid LVN license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year  of experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor when dealing with patients and their families.
• Must be available to work
•  have 2 valid references 
• A clean Background

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You will work with your supervisor to arrange a schedule that works for both you and our patients.
