Home Care Sales

Salary Range: $40,000 +, based on experience.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in sales in home care or healthcare industry.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, families and referral sources.  
• Excellent problem-solving ability and capacity to generate creative solutions.
• Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and outstanding follow-up skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively

• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
