Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized assistance to clients, ensuring utmost comfort and upholding their dignity.
• Effectively manage and fulfill clients' medication requirements.
• Monitor clients' health status and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of all care provided and diligently document observations or concerns.
• Offer meaningful companionship, emotional support, and active listening to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, proficiently handle meal preparation, and expertly run errands as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Remain flexible and available to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be willing to travel to different locations as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities in order to provide the best possible care and support.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Must demonstrate exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently multitask and skillfully prioritize tasks.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and unwavering dependability.
• Capability to seamlessly adapt to various tasks and environments.
• Outstanding communication skills enabling effective interaction with clients and the healthcare team.
