Responsibilities

• Assist clients in meeting their personal care needs with utmost comfort and dignity.
• Manage and provide comprehensive support for clients' medication requirements.
• Monitor the health status of clients and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Accurately maintain records of all provided care and diligently document any observations or concerns.
• Offer meaningful companionship, emotional support, and attentive listening to clients to promote their overall well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, proficiently handle meal preparation, and expertly run errands as necessary.
• Create and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Remain flexible and available to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Must demonstrate exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently multitask and skillfully prioritize tasks.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and unwavering dependability.
