Who We're Looking For

First and foremost, we need an experienced go-getter of an outside salesperson – someone who knows how to unearth referral sources and foster professional partnerships with key individuals, ensuring our leads pipeline stays robust. Experience in skilled home health, hospice, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and supplies, or other sales involving healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and eldercare-related businesses is a big plus. Real estate salespeople also bring the right skill set to the table.

Next, we're searching for a true team player who seamlessly collaborates with our operational experts, ensuring we provide top-notch service to our cherished clients. And, as the final piece of the puzzle, we need a sales leader to help us perfect our inside sales processes and drive our sales function to new heights over time.
