We have VA clients with 7 days a week care. Most clients have friendly dogs. 

We are looking for caring and talented Caregivers (HHA/CNA) who are available to work short shifts in Land O' Lakes and surrounding areas.

We combine professional care management, training, and counseling to deliver superior services to older adults, their families, and the professionals involved in their care.

Requirements and Portrait of an ABC Caregiver

• Must pass an interview process.
• Current State CNA License or State Home Health Aid Certification preferred,  OR passing the HHA competency test.
• Current/valid CPR Certification.
• Must obtain the Florida State Level 2 background check prior to hiring.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Reliable and committed to maintain assigned schedule.
• Ability to read/write/comprehend the English Language. Verbal communication in English is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADL’s) to our clients, in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Provide care in accordance with Florida Statute for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Timely and accurately document all Client related activities in accordance with Agency policy.
• Document the care provided and report changes in Client’s health to your supervisor.

Work Hours

Hours will depend on your experience, availability and client's needs. 

We have a large base of clients located throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas County.

Compensation

$16-17/hour
