Mature Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), Caregiver-Companions needed ASAP.   We are currently hiring for all shifts - days, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts.   Those able to work Sundays will be given top priority.  

We are a rapidly growing Home Care company and have immediate openings for compassionate caregivers to work with seniors in their homes or in facilities throughout the area (Houston, Katy, Sugar Land).   Full or part-time positions available, including weekends, weekdays & overnights.    We value our caregivers by providing PPE, flexible hours, and competitive pay.  We also have financial incentives and rewards available.

Caregiving experience is not required, but is helpful (private in-home care, assisted living, LTC facilities, etc.). You should have a solid work history with demonstrated reliability, good communications skills, and a caring personality.  Each of our clients is special and unique, but typical tasks are listed below.

Job Duties:

Personal care - showering, bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance
Remind clients to take prescribed medication
Assist clients with walking, mobility, and physical therapy exercises
Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, store etc.
Plan and prepare meals
Transfers if needed (bed to wheelchair, hoyer lifts etc.)
Alzheimer/Dementia care
Errands such as shopping or accompany clients on shopping trips
Perform light housekeeping duties
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

 

Additional requirements include:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Reliable transportation
Valid ID or driver license
Auto Insurance
At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
English proficiency and excellent communication skills
Two references required
Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
Must be able to pass background check
BLS/CPR training a plus
