CNAs/ NAs Weekly Pay and Flexible Hours -Kaneohe

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/NAs to join our team in Kaneohe. Our CNAs/NAs will be responsible for providing quality care and assistance to our elderly clients in their homes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and flexible hours, ensuring a work-life balance for our employees.

Compensation & Benefits:
CNAs/NAs will be compensated with a salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, employees will have access to various company benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as directed by the client’s physician
• Assist with mobility and transferring clients
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse
• Provide emotional support and companionship to the client
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Valid CNA/NA certification in the state of Hawaii
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with seniors
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
