Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/NA to join our team in Kaneohe. This individual will provide direct care to our senior clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting their overall well-being. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and flexible hours, offering the opportunity for weekly pay and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to senior clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, emotional, and mental health to the supervising nurse or manager
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or home care setting
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
