Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a qualified and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Aide (CNA/NA) to join our distinguished team in Honolulu, HI. The position requires a full-time commitment, as a contributing team member in the provision of exceptional, quality care for our clients in a homecare setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position will be compensated at an hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Along with competitive pay, we offer additional employee benefits such as PTO, 401k, and health insurance.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences



Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing,
eating, grooming, and light housekeeping tasks
• Follow the care plan of each individual patient
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Observe the clients' condition and report any changes to the supervising RN
• Assist in transferring patients using the appropriate devices
• Provide and document basic medical care, such as taking vital signs
• Ensures patient safety, comfort and dignity
• Travel to patient homes

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant or nursing aide
• Must have at least one year of recent experience in a related setting
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be physically fit
• A valid driver’s license and reliable modes of transportation
• Must possess the ability to successfully multitask
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
