Facility Caregivers NEEDED!!!

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care franchise located in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Facility Caregivers to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. As a Facility Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors in a facility setting, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in a facility setting
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and report any changes in health or behavior
- Plan and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
- Foster social interactions and engage seniors in meaningful activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
