Job Summary
Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is looking for an experienced, passionate CNA/NA to join their healthcare team in Honolulu, Hawaii for a full-time position. This role will provide a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers an excellent compensation package, with an hourly wage of $18 to $22 per hour and bonus. Health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan are available. Paid time off is also available after a successful employment period.

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities
• Provide quality care for patients including bathing, changing, and transporting
• Assist with light housekeeping duties for patients
• Provide companionship and mental stimulation to patients
• Help with daily life activities such as grooming, hygiene, feeding, etc.
• Answer patient calls and support their needs
• Address patient concerns and report changes in health to the supervisor
• Follow safety protocols and promote a safe environment

Requirements
• Must possess a minimum of a CNA or NA certification
• Prior experience in the healthcare/medical field preferred
• Good knowledge of medical systems, regulations, and techniques
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Outstanding social skills and ability to build a relationship with patients
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
