Job Summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time, salaried position at our Kaneohe Facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an individual contributor role with competitive pay of $42 per hour, paid weekly.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $42 per hour, paid weekly. Additional benefits include paid vacation and healthcare and dental insurance.

Responsibilities

- Directly responsible for the care of clients, including diagnosis and treatments
- Supervising and coordinating work activities of nursing and other staff
- Maintaining nursing records and patient documentation
- Assisting in preparing and developing a nursing care plan for assigned clients
- Administering medications and treatments, as prescribed
- Developing and coordinating rehabilitation programs for clients
- Serving as a case manager for patient's treatment and care
- Developing programs to anticipate and prevent injury or illness
- Inspecting building premises and reporting issues with equipment and other needs

Requirements

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse in a home health care, long-term care, or assisted living environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
