WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED CAREGIVER! 

 Always Best Care Senior Services - The Woodlands is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly experienced Caregiver to join our amazing team!

Location: MONTGOMERY, TX 77356

Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Schedule: Morning Shift

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional Caregiving experience.
• Must be able to work independently in the field with confidence and professionalism.
• Previous experience caring for seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease is REQUIRED. 
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Memory Care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation REQUIRED.
• Must be patient, compassionate, dependable, and attentive to seniors individual needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable around small dogs. NO PET CARE RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED.                           

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support. 
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment.
• Apply appropriately dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care techniques.
• Monitor and communicate changes in the clients condition. 
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.

WHAT WE OFFER:
