Client Care Coordinator - Home Care
2560 Anthem Village Dr, Suite 110, Henderson, NV
Full Time
Help us make sure every client feels genuinely cared for
Always Best Care provides non-medical in-home care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
We are a locally owned, family-run business serving Henderson and Boulder City. We are growing quickly, but we never want to lose the personal attention and genuine kindness that helped us grow in the first place.
That is where you come in.
We are looking for a warm, confident and highly dependable Client Care Coordinator to become the familiar face our clients and their families can rely on after care begins.
You will visit clients in their homes, listen to how things are going, build trusted relationships and make sure we continue delivering the standard of care we promised. You will also spend time observing and supporting our caregivers, conducting quality spot checks and helping us recognize excellent work or address concerns early.
This is not primarily a scheduling position, and it is not a cold-sales role. It is a people-centered, field-based position focused on client happiness, service quality and long-term relationships.
What you’ll do
- Welcome new clients and help them feel comfortable as their care begins
- Conduct an introductory visit shortly after services start
- Visit and speak with existing clients regularly to make sure they are happy and well supported
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully for concerns, changing circumstances or unmet needs
- Identify when a client may benefit from additional hours or services and discuss those needs sensitively and appropriately
- Conduct scheduled and unannounced caregiver quality spot checks in clients’ homes
- Observe caregiver punctuality, professionalism, communication and adherence to the client’s care plan
- Recognize caregivers who are doing an exceptional job
- Provide constructive feedback and report performance or safety concerns promptly
- Follow up on service concerns and make sure issues are properly resolved
- Document client visits, conversations, observations and agreed actions accurately
- Communicate changes to our scheduling and office teams so everyone has the information needed to support the client
- Help prevent avoidable cancellations and ensure clients continue to feel valued
- Represent Always Best Care with warmth, professionalism and pride
You may be a great fit if you are someone who:
- Naturally puts people at ease
- Notices the small details that affect someone’s experience
- Enjoys spending time with seniors and listening to their stories
- Can build rapport with clients, families and caregivers from many different backgrounds
- Is friendly and compassionate while still being confident and professional
- Is comfortable asking whether a family’s needs have changed
- Can address a difficult issue calmly instead of avoiding it
- Follows through and does not allow important details to be forgotten
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Can organize a busy week of visits, calls and follow-up work
- Enjoys being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day
- Wants to play an important role in a growing local company
Experience and requirements
- Previous experience in home care, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, customer service or relationship management is strongly preferred
- Caregiving, CNA, field-supervision or care-coordination experience would be especially valuable
- Excellent in-person and telephone communication skills
- Strong organization, judgment and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable documenting visits and using everyday computer and mobile applications
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
- Able to travel throughout Henderson, Boulder City and the surrounding service area
- Able to complete all required employment screening and training
- Knowledge of senior care and common care terminology is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
What success looks like
Success in this role means our clients feel known, listened to and genuinely cared about. Families know whom to contact, caregivers understand what is expected, changing needs are identified early and small concerns are resolved before they become larger problems.
It also means finding appropriate opportunities to provide more support when a client’s needs change, not through pressure or aggressive selling, but by listening carefully and offering help when it is genuinely needed.
Why join Always Best Care?
You will join a close-knit local team where your work will be noticed and valued. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important position, spend meaningful time with clients and directly influence the quality of care they receive.
We are looking for someone who wants more than an office job, someone who will become a trusted presence for our clients, a supportive resource for our caregivers and an important part of our continued growth.
If you are warm, observant, organized and proud of delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer.
