Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one care for a client in their private residence in Bedford, TX.

Our client is incredibly pleasant, friendly, and loves a good conversation! We're looking for caregivers who are personable, patient, and enjoy building meaningful connections with the people they care for.

The client has mild cognitive impairment and is considered a fall risk, so we're seeking attentive caregivers who are confident assisting with mobility and providing hands-on support.

Important: The client is a heavy indoor smoker. Applicants must be comfortable working in a home with frequent cigarette smoke exposure.

Available Shifts

• 12-hour daytime shifts

• 12-hour overnight shifts

• Weekday and weekend opportunities available

We welcome applicants who are available for consistent weekday shifts, weekend shifts, or a combination of both!

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide safe mobility assistance and gait belt transfers

• Maintain fall prevention and safety precautions

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Provide gentle reminders and redirection as needed

• Assist with light housekeeping and daily routines

• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience with gait belt transfers is required

• Experience caring for clients with cognitive impairment or fall risks preferred

• Comfortable working in a home with heavy indoor smoking

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills

• Patient, dependable, and attentive to client safety

• Ability to work independently in a private home setting

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Availability for 12-hour day or overnight shifts
