Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide personalized support for a hospice client in McKinney, Texas.

We are building a reliable team of caregivers to ensure consistent care and comfort around the clock. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are confident providing hands-on personal care, understand the needs of clients with limited mobility, and are committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.

Experience with hospice care, bed-bound clients, incontinence care, or extensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) is strongly preferred. Hindi-speaking caregivers are especially encouraged to apply to help promote clear communication and a more comfortable care experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Caregivers will assist with the client's daily personal care needs while helping maintain comfort, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance
• Helping with repositioning and mobility
• Assisting with transfers and other hands-on personal care needs
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when necessary
• Performing light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Monitoring the client's condition and reporting changes or concerns to agency staff
• Following the established plan of care and care instructions
• Communicating effectively with fellow caregivers and the care team to maintain continuity of care

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking caregivers who are patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting clients with significant care needs.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Hospice or bed-bound client care experience preferred
• Comfort providing extensive personal care and ADL assistance
• Experience with incontinence care, repositioning, and transfers is an advantage
• A compassionate, respectful, and professional attitude
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's home
• The ability to work collaboratively with a consistent caregiving team
• Hindi-speaking ability is a plus
