Always Best Care Senior Services is expanding its caregiving team and is looking for compassionate, reliable Hindi-speaking caregivers to support a new 24/7 hospice client in McKinney, TX.

We are building a dependable team of caregivers who can provide attentive, respectful, and hands-on care in the client’s home. Hindi communication skills are strongly preferred to help promote comfort, understanding, and a positive care experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Caregivers assigned to this case will help provide personal care, comfort, and daily support based on the client’s individual needs.

Duties may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing incontinence and personal hygiene care
• Helping with repositioning and mobility
• Assisting with transfers and hands-on personal care
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance as needed
• Completing light housekeeping associated with the client’s care
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and attentive supervision
• Monitoring the client and reporting notable changes in condition
• Following the client’s established care plan and instructions
• Maintaining clear communication with family members, hospice professionals, and fellow caregivers
• Working collaboratively with the care team to maintain consistent 24/7 support

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing a higher level of hands-on assistance.

Requirements and preferred qualifications include:

• Hindi-speaking strongly preferred
• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• Hospice or high-acuity caregiving experience is a plus
• Experience caring for bed-bound or highly dependent clients preferred
• Comfortable performing hands-on personal care
• Patient, compassionate, respectful, and professional
• Dependable and able to maintain scheduled shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Able to communicate and work effectively with a 24/7 caregiving team

Flexible Opportunities Available
