Your Role as a Caregiver

As a member of our caregiving team, you’ll play an important role in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Depending on the needs of each client, your duties may include:

• Helping clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing companionship, conversation, and social interaction
• Assisting with personal care and meal preparation
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and movement
• Completing light housekeeping tasks associated with client care
• Creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
• Promoting each client's dignity, independence, and overall well-being
