Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking Hindi-speaking caregivers to join a dedicated care team for a new 24/7 hospice client in McKinney, TX.

We are currently building a team of compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide continuous support in the client’s home. Hindi language skills are highly preferred for this case to support the client's communication and comfort.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Incontinence care

• Repositioning and mobility assistance

• Transfers and other hands-on personal care

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping related to the client's care

• Companionship, comfort, and attentive supervision

• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition

• Following the established plan of care

• Communicating and working cooperatively with family members, hospice staff, and the caregiving team

Qualifications:

• Hindi-speaking strongly preferred

• Previous professional caregiving experience required

• Hospice, bed-bound, or high-assistance client experience preferred

• Comfortable providing extensive hands-on personal care

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful

• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work effectively as part of a 24/7 care team

Available Opportunities
