Marketing Specialist – Private Pay Home Care

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who understands the private pay home care industry and is passionate about building referral partnerships throughout North Dallas. If you have a successful track record marketing for a private pay home care agency, we'd love to meet you.

Position Summary

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll be the face of Always Best Care throughout North Dallas, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and other referral sources that help connect families with high-quality in-home care.

This is an outside sales and relationship-building position focused on growing our private pay client base through strategic networking and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, senior living professionals, elder law attorneys, fiduciaries, and other referral partners.
• Conduct daily marketing visits and sales calls throughout the North Dallas service area.
• Develop and strengthen referral partnerships that generate new private pay client admissions.
• Represent Always Best Care at networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and community outreach programs.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our private pay home care services.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the senior care market.
• Maintain accurate referral and activity documentation within our CRM.
• Collaborate closely with our operations and scheduling teams to ensure an exceptional client and referral experience.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, presentations, promotional materials, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain regular follow-up with referral partners to foster long-term relationships and continued business growth.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing or business development experience with a private pay home care agency.
• Demonstrated success generating referrals and growing census through relationship-based marketing.
• Existing relationships with North Dallas healthcare professionals and referral sources are highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a daily marketing territory.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional evening networking events and community functions

Territory

This position primarily serves North Dallas, requiring daily local travel to referral partners throughout the area. A company vehicle or vehicle stipend will be provided.
