Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, caregivers, and staff with warmth and professionalism
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and office visitors
  • Answer and route calls professionally while handling inquiries with confidence and courtesy
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Coordinate and assist with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks
  • Support key members of leadership and office staff as needed
  • Handle office correspondence, filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain organization of office supplies and administrative systems
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to all incoming calls and visitors
  • Assist with special projects and day-to-day office support duties
