PSW position in Waterloo for immediate hire

I have a new client starting next week. The wife has dementia and mostly needs companion care so the husband can have a break. The hours are Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am to 12pm. These hours will increase when the couple is happy with the care provided.

You must be client focused and not just task focused.

You must have a valid Police Record Check.

You must have valid First Aid/CPR training.

You must have a strong grasp of the English language.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

* Successful completion of a Provincial-approved Personal Support Worker, or equivalent is a must.

* International Nurses are welcome.

* Ability to read, write, and speak English as needed for the job

* Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job

* Access to a smartphone to utilize GPS clock in/out technology and client care documentation
