Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an Ontario-approved Personal Support Worker program or recognized equivalent.
• Diploma, certificate, transcript, or other documentation confirming successful completion of the program.
• Documentation of a completed two-step TB test and a current negative TB test dated within the last year.
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last six months.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• A valid driver’s licence, access to an insured vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance.
• A smartphone to access mobile scheduling, timekeeping, and care documentation.
