As a caregiver, you’ll work one-on-one with older adults in their homes while building valuable skills in patient care, communication, compassion, and working with families — experience you can carry with you into your future healthcare career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a caregiver, you’ll provide support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Responsibilities may include: 

• Medication reminders
• Assistance with mobility and walking
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Running errands or grocery shopping
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Observing and reporting changes in condition 

What We’re Looking For:

We provide training, but ideal candidates are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable 
• Interested in healthcare or human services 
• Strong communicators with good time-management skills
• Physically able to assist clients safely
• High school graduates (or GED equivalent)
• Dependable with reliable transportation (required)
• Comfortable around pets
