As a Guest Services Operator, you will handle all inbound calls directed to the main dealership phone numbers and transfer to various individuals and departments across the Auto Plaza. (The shift hours for this position are 9AM-6PM, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday, 7:00AM-3:00PM.)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all incoming dealership calls are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
  • Assess customers’ inquiries and transfer to appropriate dealership personnel.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Must be able and willing to work full-time, including rotating shifts and alternating Saturdays
  • Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive skills preferred

  • Effective communication – over the phone and via email
  • Ability to learn and follow Guest Services scripts/process
  • Ability to learn and utilize Guest Services tools/software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
