Arcon Equipment, Inc., a subsidiary of All Lift Service Company, is hiring for an Office Administrator/Accounts Receivable Specialist position in our Walton Hills office.  In this role, you'll run the front office, own the billing cycle, and keep operations moving.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the A/R process — invoicing, collections, payment posting, aging reports
  • Handle A/P — vendor invoices, purchase orders, payment processing
  • Run day-to-day accounting tasks — checkbook entries, journal entries, month-end support
  • Be the front office point of contact — phones, customers, vendors, scheduling
  • Keep the office organized — filing, office supplies, service coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in A/R, A/P, or general office accounting (industrial/service industry a plus)
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Products
  • Someone who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Strong communicator — you'll talk to customers, vendors, and the team daily
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your work
