We’re looking for a Field Service Manager to lead and support our team of Road Technicians and Team Leads across a designated territory. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage field operations and performance across your assigned territory
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring communication, satisfaction, and service follow-up
  • Conduct regular site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover service opportunities
  • Collaborate with Regional Coordinators to deploy technicians efficiently
  • Monitor and guide technician performance, ensuring strong billable hour productivity
  • Support technician development through coaching, feedback, and training
  • Lead performance reviews and approve weekly time cards
  • Audit work orders and inspect van appearance and quality standards
  • Provide technical support and step in when necessary to maintain service continuity
  • Promote a safe, high-performing, and positive team culture
  • Partner closely with the Lead Field Service Manager to drive operational improvement and customer retention

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in lift truck or industrial equipment maintenance
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience, especially with remote or field-based teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of industrial service equipment
  • Ability to coach and support technicians while maintaining accountability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
