JOB DUTIES

• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
• Abide by all transportation laws while driving company and customer vehicles and maintain a safe driving record
• Greet customers who are in for service appointments and check vehicle alignment on in-lane machine
• Transport customers to and from vehicle service appointments
• Help maintain a clean and stocked service customer lounge area
• Keep lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Drive vehicles through car wash after service
• Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Ability to prioritize workflow
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and/or sit for long periods of time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
