Responsibilities:

• Plan & facilitate jobs to technicians and or detail
• Input technician hours into system
• Check vehicles into system
• Create tickets for vehicles/details
• Schedule vehicles into system
• Professional phone etiquette/taking messages/communicating information to Service Advisor

Qualifications:

• Full time position - Monday - Friday (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in Microsoft programs
• Professional phone etiquette/taking messages
• Must be able to work in a "fast paced environment"
