At All American Assisted Living at Raynham, we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and attentive individuals to join our Traditional Assisted Living team as Overnight Resident Care Associates (RCAs).

Our residents deserve exceptional care around the clock, and our overnight team plays an essential role in making that happen.

Please note: This is an awake overnight position. Team members are expected to remain awake, alert, and actively engaged in their responsibilities throughout their scheduled shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Overnight RCA, you'll help provide a safe, peaceful, and supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care, toileting, dressing, and other activities of daily living.

• Responding promptly and compassionately to resident call bells and requests for assistance.

• Conducting scheduled resident safety and wellness checks.

• Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and safe movement throughout the community.

• Monitoring residents for changes in their physical, emotional, or behavioral well-being and reporting concerns to the nursing team.

• Supporting residents who may need reassurance or additional assistance during overnight hours.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Completing required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Communicating important updates to the incoming shift to ensure continuity of care.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a cape to be someone's hero, but being reliable at 3:00 AM certainly helps!

Our ideal Overnight RCA is someone who:

• Is compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping seniors.

• Is dependable and understands the importance of being present and attentive during overnight hours.

• Can remain awake, alert, and responsive throughout the entire shift.

• Works well independently and knows when to ask for assistance.

• Communicates effectively with residents, families, and coworkers.

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Has previous experience in assisted living, senior care, or a similar setting (preferred).
