Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing dealership team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping customers secure financing while providing an exceptional buying experience. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting protection products, ensuring compliance with all lending regulations, and working closely with our sales team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to explain financing and leasing options.
  • Secure financing through lender relationships and financial institutions.
  • Present and explain vehicle protection products, warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other aftermarket products.
  • Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and lender requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies.
  • Achieve finance, product, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive F&I experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems and finance software.
  • Understanding of automotive lending, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
