Position Overview:

As a full-time Service Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our service department runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer support. With a competitive salary ranging from $4,000 to $8,000 per month, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the RV industry!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and assisting with their service needs in a friendly manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service department calendar for timely repairs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their RV service needs, providing accurate repair estimates.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure all necessary parts and equipment are available.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any changes in completion times.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation.
  • Ensure the service department is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Partner with the Parts department for prompt delivery of components needed for repairs.
  • Stay informed on the latest RV products and services to enhance customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within an RV dealership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer systems used in the service department.
  • Knowledge of RVs and their systems is a plus.
