What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
• Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate referrals and repeat business
• Maintain knowledge of Toyota products, dealership programs, financing options, and current promotions
• Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
